Instructions dated 21 January 2025 announced a suspension for single-member, offshore and flexible-office company formation. [1]

Scope & conditions: Historical information; do not present it as a current blanket ban.

August 2026 portal data included limited-liability, single-member and private joint-stock applications. [2]

The Companies Directorate also reported licensing single-member companies in May 2025. [3]

  • Do not treat offshore, flexible-office and single-member forms as one legal case.
