The Ministry adopted a new industrial-cities investment system on 18 June 2025; its later announcement identifies it as Decision 432 of 2025. [1] [2]

On 20 April 2026 a decision was announced regularising specified building permits under earlier systems, including one renewal of expired permits for one and a half years from the decision date. [2]

Scope & conditions: Only for cases covered by that decision; it is not a universal term for new permits, and expiry is not calculated from the news date alone.
